Summer enrollment announcement for students who were given a Retention Policy reminder letter:
All students who were given Retention Policy reminder letter at the end of the first semester of school year 2006-2007, are required to sign a “summer enrollment agreement” before they can enlist online for summer SY 2006-2007.
The online enlistment system does not allow access to all students who were given Retention Policy reminder. To allow them to enlist online pending the released of the second semester grades that are included in the Retention Weighted Average computation, they must sign the attached agreement form and return to the Registrar’s Office before April 12, 2007. Please note that this requires parental consent.

I would like to enroll during the summer of school year 2006-2007 in some of my subjects. I understand that even if I am allowed to enroll during this summer, I will not be eligible to enroll next school year 2007-2008 if I do not meet the required weighted average for retention as indicated in the Student Handbook and explained in the UA&P Website (www.uap.edu.ph; go to Student Portal; select Academic Life and click on Retention Policy).
